It is my pleasure to announce our “Nabtesco Group Global Anti-Bribery Policy”.
As you may know, we have established “Nabtesco Group Code of Ethics” in December 2016 and it includes also Anti-bribery.
Despite the above, the reason why we separately stated this “Nabtesco Group Global Anti-Bribery Policy” is that we take Anti-bribery issue extremely seriously.

This policy is established to communicate our commitment and to ensure that all employees and all independent third-parties who work with us fully understand our position about Anti-bribery.
With the increase of the relevant rules and regulations as well as the movement and the campaigns in relation to Anti-bribery by the global community, it has become more and more important for companies doing business on a global scale.
Nabtesco group has no tolerance for bribery as described in this policy. Winning business can never be an excuse for bribery.
I ask all directors, officers and employees of Nabtesco group to take the time to read through this Policy, and act in accordance with it. I also expect and demand all independent third-parties who work with us to understand our commitment.

The Nabtesco Group are committed to maintaining peace and security in the international community. To that end, the Nabtesco Group maintains a robust management framework and implements appropriate export controls so that its products, technologies, and services that could be diverted to military use do not fall into the hands of states or terrorists involved in the development of weapons of mass destruction or the excessive accumulation of conventional weapons. The Nabtesco Group also complies with applicable economic sanctions laws and regulations adopted by relevant countries and regions in response to violations of international law or other acts that threaten peace and security in the international community.
