*Special account: Special accounts are automatically opened at trust banks and others by listed companies for their shareholders, with a view to secure the rights of shareholders who are not participants in the custody and book-entry transfer system, which has been transformed into an electronic (paperless) system. For a user of a special account to trade the stocks in the account, the person needs to open a general account at a securities company in their own name and transfer the stocks from the special account to the opened account, as stocks in special accounts cannot be traded.
