Digital Transformation

With a view to realizing our long-term vision for 2030, “Leaders in Innovation for the Future,” Nabtesco started its new medium-term management plan, “Reviving Potential, Evolving Excellence,” in 2025. This plan aims to revive our profitability by executing Project 10 and evolve our technology for “smart motion control” to further increase the value of our products and services.

Achieving the targets of this plan inevitably involves digital transformation. This is the reason that Nabtesco has established a medium-term DX strategy entitled “Create Innovation Through the DX of Products, Business Processes and Human Capital!” This strategy aims to promote not only the DX of business processes (process innovation) but also the DX of products and services (product innovation). At the same time, we also place emphasis on developing DX personnel who can support the above innovation, encouraging reform-driven thinking, and building and enhancing digital infrastructure.

Through these activities, we will promote digital transformation and create new value, thereby establishing ourselves as Leaders in Innovation.
