Nabtesco Corporation was established on September 30, 2003 as a holding company of Teijin Seiki Co., Ltd. and NABCO Ltd. Accordingly, both companies were delisted and became wholly-owned subsidiaries of Nabtesco.

In addition, TS Corporation (former Teijin Seiki) and NABCO were merged into Nabtesco Corporation on October 1, 2004. Therefore, financial data of Nabtesco is available only from the fiscal year ended September 2003.

As both Teijin Seiki Co., Ltd. (TS Corporation from October 2003 to September 2004) and NABCO Ltd. were liquidated as a result of the merger, financial data of these two companies are available only up to the fiscal year ended September 2004.
