1945 Name changed to Teijin Seiki Co., Ltd. (currently TS Corporation) Begin manufacturing texitile machinery.
1949 Listed on the first section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
1955 Resume manufacture of aircraft components.
1959 Begin manufacture of machine tools and industrial machinery.
1961 Begin production of oil hydraulic equipment.
1966 Acquisition of Toyo Jidoki Co., Ltd.
1971 Acquisition of Diavac Limited.
1975 Establishment of P.T. Pamindo Tiga T, incorporated in Jakarta, Indonesia.
1976 Establishment of Teijin Seiki America, Inc. (currently Nabtesco Aerospace Inc.), incorporated in Washington State, USA.
1982 Establishment of STS Co., Ltd., a joint company with Hamilton Sundstrand Corp. of USA.
1991 Establishment of Teijin Seiki Boston, Inc. (currently Harmonic Drive Technologies Nabtesco Inc.), incorporated in Massachusetts, USA producing specialized drive components.
1992 Establishment of Teijin Seiki Europe GmbH (currently Nabtesco Precision Europe GmbH), incorporated in Dusseldorf, Germany, as European sales office for precision reduction drives.
1993 Establishment of Yokohama Development Center.
1995 Establishment of Teijin Seiki Precision Co., Ltd. (currently TS Precision Co., Ltd.) and transfer of TS Group's machine tool business to that company.
1996 Establishment of a joint company, Shanghai Teijin Seiki Co., Ltd. (currently Shanghai Nabtesco Hydraulic Co., Ltd. (SNHC)) in Shanghai, China with local partners to produce hydraulic drive motors.
1999 Establishment of TS Heatronics Co., Ltd.
Establishment of LogIT Corporation.
Establishment of Teijin Seiki Advanced Technologies, Inc. (currently Nabtesco Motion Control Inc.), incorporated company in Michigan State, USA to market precision reduction drives.
Establishment of Teijin Seiki USA, Inc. (currently Nabtesco USA INC.), incorporated in Delaware State, USA.
2000 Acquisition of CMET INC.
Establishment of Teijin Seiki Textile Machinery Co., Ltd. (currently TSTM Co., Ltd.) a wholly owned subsidiary corporation and transfer of textile machinery business to that company.
Establishment of a joint company, Shanghai Teijin Seiki Textile Machinery Co., Ltd. (currently Shanghai TM Co., Ltd. (STMC)) in Shanghai, China with local partners to produce Textile Machinery.
2002 2002 Establishment of a joint company, TMT Machinery Inc. with Toray Engineering Co., Ltd. and Murata Machinery, Ltd.
2003 2003 Establishes joint holding company, Nabtesco Corporation, with NABCO Ltd. and becomes a 100% subsidiary. Changes company name to TS Corporation.
